At First Equity Loans, we want to make the lending and real estate investing process as simple and easy as possible. Before you start your application, we’ve listed some guidelines below to help answer some of the questions that you may have.

 

• Our rates go as low as 6%–12% with 1-3 points charged at closing.

• We will lend in 45 states.

• Typically, it takes us about 2-3 weeks to approve the loan (timed from initial application to funding). However, some loans may take longer due to incomplete applications or insufficient documents, etc.

• We do not require any bank statement or tax returns for most loans.

• We work directly with the investor and the contractor to create a draw schedule that works for everybody.

• We try to complete draw inspections within 24-48 hours of the request. Once the inspection is complete, we try to disburse funds within 24 hours.

• Yes, we work with brokers.
